SHIPPING INFORMATION

Free shipping is available within New South Wales, Australia.
Unframed artworks are dispatched within 3 to 4 business days following receipt of payment.
Framed artworks are dispatched within 10 to 15 business days following receipt of payment.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

If the artwork is damaged during transit, you may request a return. Any return request must be communicated via email to twinklejayachandran@gmail.com, along with clear photographic evidence of the damage, within 7 days from the date of delivery. 

Upon approval, you will be eligible to receive either a full refund or store credit. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. All return shipping costs in such cases will be covered by the seller. 

Please note that returns or refunds will not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

All copyright and reproduction rights in the artworks are strictly reserved by the artist. The artist retains the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, promote, and advertise the artworks in any form or medium.
